Mediation

Mediation is a confidential, voluntary process where a neutral third party helps families communicate effectively and find mutually agreeable solutions. Whether through Standard Mediation, Child-Inclusive Mediation, or Moderated Settlement Conferences, this process creates a supportive environment to address parenting, financial, and family concerns collaboratively.

Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE)

The ENE process provides early, expert feedback to help parties resolve disputes efficiently and confidently. Social ENE (SENE) focuses on custody and parenting time, while Financial ENE (FENE) addresses asset division, support, and related financial issues. With an experienced neutral guiding the process, families gain clarity on likely outcomes and often reach resolution sooner.

Parenting Consultant (PC)

A Parenting Consultant assists parents in resolving ongoing disputes regarding custody, parenting time, and child-related issues under a court-approved agreement. The process empowers parents to make consistent, child-centered decisions with the help of a neutral professional who provides guidance and, when necessary, binding determinations.

Parenting Time Expeditor (PTE)

A Parenting Time Expeditor helps parents resolve disagreements about an existing parenting time order. The PTE interprets and enforces those provisions, providing prompt solutions to scheduling or logistical challenges so families can move forward without repeated court involvement.

Arbitration

Arbitration offers a private, binding alternative to court for resolving property or other limited disputes. The process is designed to be fair, efficient, and cost-effective, allowing families to achieve closure and finality while maintaining control over timing and tone.
